The terrible details of the work of a cosmetologist Natalia Korosteleva, who mutilated dozens of dangerous biopolymer injections by dozens of patients at the Moscow beauty salon, were revealed at the Savelovsky Moscow court, writes МК. Beauty gel injections, which turned out to be a counterfeit of Ukrainian production, were poured into institutions with reusable syringes, and were not disinfected before the procedures.
But Korosteleva herself stated that Rospotrebnadzor had checked the establishment several times and for many years of successful work of its salon found only one violation - the mop without marking.
Recall that Natalya Korosteleva and her two collaborators, Ekaterina Yegorova and Soniait Yaikbaeva, are accused of providing inadequate quality medical services. According to the investigation, they injected a biopolymer of inadequate quality under the skin, giving it off as a certified hyaluronic acid gel. As a result, the affected women received irreversible changes in appearance. At the same time, as the investigators established, none of the employees of the salon, including Korostelev (it appears as the organizer of the criminal scheme), did not have a medical education, and the salon itself worked without a license.

During the 6 interrogation in May, one of the defendants, the former administrator of the beauty salon Ekaterina Egorova, shed light on what was happening in the institution. But before the beginning of the meeting, Korosteleva (she is the only one of the three defendants in custody) decided to arrange a show for journalists and began to scream with loud statements:
“I would like to understand the case lawfully,” said Korosteleva. - I hear on TV that does not match the case materials. In the case of falsification of examinations. Two references disappeared from the case. I will write complaints! The pressure that turns out, I will survive, regardless of the number of vessels. I have not affected by my services.
- Where did the victims on the face? - asked reporters.
- One has a consequence of a gunshot wound. The second itself cut its lips. I have not used any illegal drugs. I have not worked in this profession for the last four years. Nobody gave me work quietly. I've been working in the temple for the past four years.
- Do you have a medical education?
- Here you ask me questions, implicitly accusing me! This is of no interest to me, ”cut the cosmetologist.
As Yekaterina Egorova told during the interrogation, the salon employees did not do quartz treatment of the premises. And in general, cleanliness and sterility in the institution, where the girl came to work as an administrator in 2014 on the advice of a relative, was understood in a very peculiar way: they added detergents to the water that washed the floors. This and limited.
Requirements for experience and specialized education Korosteleva did not impose. As Yegorova confessed, she had neither one nor the other. The girl's resume was the least suitable for a beauty salon job: a diploma from the Faculty of History of Moscow State University and experience in a collection agency. However, this generous boss was not embarrassed. Egorova got a job as an administrator. But in fact, she performed the duties of both cleaners, and a secretary at the reception desk, and nurses: she applied anesthetic cream to clients of the salon and fed them with allergy pills. As well as advised patients on the cost of services institutions:
- On the phone, we voiced the approximate cost of services. Lips cost about 3 – 4 thousands. Face - 7 – 8 thousand. Forehead - 5 thousand rubles, it is to stab the wrinkles on the forehead. But specifically, Natalia already called the cost. She also knows that which of the clients is definitely necessary.
The purchase of consumables and medicines in the cabin was also a peculiar approach. According to Yegorova, the goods were always brought by courier in sealed boxes with invoices. Consumables and syringes are ordered in online pharmacies. But Korosteleva always ordered hyaluronic gel for injections on her own.
- What did this gel look like? - The state prosecutor asked.
- Small square transparent plastic bags, hermetically sealed, labeled. Produced in Ukraine. The label read: "Hyaluronic acid gel for increasing lips and chest."
The most interesting thing is how the gel was prepared for use in the salon. Syringes from the packets were filled either by Korostelev herself, or by the administrators (who did not even have a nurse’s education) on her instructions. Preparing the skin of patients before injections will also make any health care provider shudder. The girls were first sent to the bathroom to wash, and then just smeared with cream-freezing. Its administrators applied non-sterile cotton swab or disc, considering it to be a harmless household rather than a medical procedure.

“From the package, the gel was pumped into a large plastic syringe, and from it they were packaged in disposable insulin syringes,” Yegorova confessed.
- Where did you do all this? - the prosecutor is perplexed.
- In terms of the treatment room.
- Gloves, robes, masks worn?
- Masks are not worn. Bathrobes some staff wore. Natalia worked without a bathrobe. Gloves are sometimes used, sometimes not. But hands were always washed with a special disinfecting foam.
- Did it happen that they filled the syringe one day and used it in another?
- Yes, of course, this happened. But the gel does not require special storage conditions.
- How did you anesthetize the clients?
- With a cotton swab. I offered the client to go to the bathroom and wash, remove makeup. Then I applied an anesthetic cream to her with a cotton swab.
- Have you somehow disinfected the skin of clients?
- Not. They just washed the gel.
- Tell me about the pills. Have you offered everyone to drink them? Is that what Natalia did?
- Yes, she insisted that we need to offer clients a pill before the procedure. No one was ever bad. Some refused or said that they had their own allergy medicines.
Employees of false salon did not pass any instructions. They did not know the principles of first aid in case of anaphylactic shock:
“I know about what anaphylactic shock looks like,” admitted Egorova. “But I thought there was always a medical doctor next to me.” We have always understood that we need to contact Natalia.
