How I passed the interview for the visa of the bride

Girls, today I was interviewed for a K-1 bride visa at the US embassy. Perhaps you can not wait to find out how it was, is not it? Then sit down and listen!
I came to the embassy as much as 40 minutes before the appointed time, because worried since morning and could not sit at home. There was a line on the street (not as big as it was frightened), we all went inside fairly quickly. Everything is as usual - first they ask for a passport, and before entering they need to show the INVITATION FOR INTERVIEW.
No letter came to me from the embassy, so theoretically I could not take it at all, but it’s good that I studied the topic in sufficient detail and took it with me. I noticed that everyone had two barcodes on the printout, but for some reason I only had one, but they checked me in the list and let them in, and a sticker with a barcode was stuck on the invitation. I didn’t take the phone with me at all. I thought that I would have to stand in line for a long time in order to pass it, although in fact everything was very fast.
By the way, how many do not warn about headphones / various devices / flash drives, people still bring them. And then they decorate the fence at the embassy ... Well, you can’t bring such things! Just take the documents and phone, so as not to deal with the list of "what is possible" and "what is not." So much easier.
Inside the building there were standard procedures - a metal detector and a check of some documents in the window on the 1 floor. I was given a green laminated sheet of paper labeled "immigration visas" and sent to the 2 floor. A Russian woman was sitting there, who first gave me a ticket with the number of an electronic queue, and then called and asked for the documents she needed, after which I handed over my fingerprints.
The numbers were displayed on the electronic scoreboard (mine, for example, was K013). Waiting was painful, I spent 2 hours there, but it’s good that I took the book with me, otherwise I would die of boredom! Closer to the 11 watch, I was finally called.

Our interview took place in English from the very beginning. Theoretically, it is possible, of course, in Russian, but the consul will think - then how do they communicate with the American groom ?! Well, for me it was not a problem, she said everything clearly and without "loud" words.

- Where and when did you meet?
- How many times have you seen?
- You said you lived together half a year, right? (looking at my passport)
- Was he in Russia too?
- Are you going to take your daughter with you? When?
- Did you read the brochure you were given in the 22 window (on domestic violence)? By this we make it clear to foreigners that they are not alone in another country, they can ask for help.
- When did you decide to make a wedding and where?
- Have you already bought a dress?
The consul was very nice. She clarified, however, one point:
In 2014, my partner issued you a tourist visa and you told her that you were going to go to the USA for the first time with the purpose of tourism with a friend. Why didn't you tell the truth?
I told her that I was traveling with a friend, but at the same time we met with Jason. Agaaa ... they would give me a visa after I already had one refusal of a visa under the program Work & Travel, but to the heap was also at the time of obtaining a visa 25-year-old unmarried girl with a ridiculous official income. Dudka!
At the end of the interview, she told me that the visa had been approved and I would receive it by courier service early next week, and wished me luck. In general, the impression of the interview is good! Do not believe that you will be closely watched and ask tricky questions! As they say, who sees what! Think positive!
I only saw that in front of me sits a sweet woman who just needs to tell the truth.
