Latizia, 26, an Australian from Los Angeles, explained why internal transformation is more important than kilograms and centimeters. When she found an old photo of herself taken in the gym before a bikini contest and posted it on Instagram along with a more recent shot, many people wrote that they liked the “before” option better.
“I choose myself in any weight if I am happy”, - Latisia answers them.
“Then I hated some parts of my body, especially my buttocks and thighs, they felt so heavy. I was constantly comparing myself with other women, I was tormented by self-doubt, ”the girl admits on her Instagram, talking about the period of passion for fitness and the pursuit of an external ideal.
Now, according to Thomas, she has completely changed her outlook on life, has learned to accept herself and to love. Plus-size- the model emphasizes: “I am not urging you to give up activity and choose an unhealthy lifestyle. I think it is very important to listen to your body - only you know what is best for it. ”
