Alibasov's representative Vadim Gorzhankin called the main reason for the separation of the couple the conflict over the re-registration of Shukshina's apartment. The actress's lawyer expressed concern that the divorce could become another PR move on the part of Alibasov. Former spouses did not appear at the meeting, writes BBC.
According to him, the marriage was officially terminated on December 24, 2020. Shukshina became the initiator of the divorce. She filed a claim on November 6, almost two years after they officially signed. None of the former spouses attended the divorce hearing.
Gorzhankin called the scandal around the division of the apartment, which the actress issued for Alibasov, as the reason for this ending.
“The catalyst for the divorce was the apartment that Shukshina gave to Alibasov, and then decided to take it back with the help of her lawyer Yulia Verbitskaya-Linnik, when the producer sold it to his assistant,” he told Moskovsky Komsomolets.

Gorzhankin expressed confidence that Alibasov had the right to such actions in accordance with the law, since he needed money for treatment.
“When most of the funds were spent on restoring health, Shukshina, with her demand to return the apartment, again put the producer in a very difficult position,” he explained.
In a conversation with the publication Teleprogramma.pro, the daughter of the actress Olga Shukshina said that she was already feeling better thanks to the divorce.
“I hope this epic is over, although God knows it, because Bari Karimovich is a famous master of black PR. Therefore, there will probably be something else, but, in principle, the soul has already been liberated. Thank God, ”she said.
Olga Shukshina also congratulated all those present at the meeting and personally Vadim Gorzhankin on the divorce.
Fedoseeva-Shukshina's lawyer Yulia Verbitskaya-Linnik drew attention to the fact that Alibasov, by his failure to appear in court, expressed his negative attitude towards his ex-wife.
“In fact, the marriage relationship between Alibasov and Shukshina has been terminated. They do not live together, they do not run a joint household. Probably, the failure to appear at the trial was caused either by the desire to drag out the proceedings, or by another, unfortunately, expression of disrespect on the part of Alibasov towards Lydia Nikolaevna, ”she suggested.

Verbitskaya also stressed that "she is inclined to believe this entire marriage epic" is the next step of Alibasov in the framework of his PR strategy.
“Fortunately, this dysfunctional marriage is over, and Lydia Nikolaevna will enter the new year as a free woman. We do not know whether Alibasov will appeal against this decision on appeal, ”she added.
Gorzhankin, in turn, complained that the outgoing year was difficult for the producer.
