Alexander Ovechkin, Russian hockey player who plays for the club Washington Capitals The US National Hockey League, has sharply negatively spoken about certain categories of Americans, writes Lenta.ru.
Alexander Ovechkin is known to Russian men as a star of world sports, and to women as the husband of one of the secular fashionistas Anastasia Shubskaya, the youngest daughter of the late actress Vera Glagoleva. Alexander became the first hockey player with more than a 100-million contract and is truly considered a world hockey star.
Alexander said in an interview for one of the private Youtube-channels that he really doesn't like American drivers. “There are a lot of stupid drivers that cause big traffic jams,” Ovechkin complained. He also spoke out about how badly the people of the United States, or at least Washington, dress.
The hockey player added that people in America live by the rules, regardless of their origin and place in society - everyone has equal rights. “Russians are Russians, we don’t need to adopt anything,” the athlete added.
