Winner of international music competitions Mher Makhsudian was detained in Moscow for bullying an eight-year-old student, whom he gave piano lessons at home.
The girl complained to her parents about sophisticated teaching methods, and they installed a surveillance camera in the room, which recorded the actions of the tutor, who himself is a student at the Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory, they write NEWS.
