The last chapter, interesting: about the very vaccine and conspiracy theories

Well, my friends? As the conspiracy theorists predicted, we are approaching the final chapter of the world saga called "The epidemic and how to fight it" or, as they call it, "The epidemic and how to cash in on it."
The vaccine is about to be announced, which is incredibly joyful, although very surprising, because with such a speed as this time, no one has ever succeeded in creating a vaccine against a new and, apparently, “cunning” virus. Or this time they gave the best funding and attracted everyone to the work ... Or they were just lucky ... Or they didn't check it very carefully, because they were being driven in the neck ...
Anyway, we are on our way. How effective and dangerous it is, I think, in the next ten years it will be clear. Although it will be difficult to prove that possible blindness-deafness-lightheadedness-nausea and other problems are associated with this particular vaccine. Impossible even. But I am sure that the masses of the people, tired of fear, will run in close ranks to get vaccinated as soon as possible ... And at the same time, many, for various reasons, will not run. Among the reasons - lack of faith in the humanity of manufacturers and the altruistic goals of governments, such projects directly or indirectly funding.
And here we come to the main aspect of our drama, about which the same conspiracy theorists have repeatedly warned us. Vaccination may become mandatory. Now only the deaf-blind-mute does not speak about this. The question is posed very simply: what is more important, the health of the nation as a whole or individual “saboteurs” who do not want to think about the nation, preferring to think about themselves and the infringement of their civil liberties.

There seem to be only two scenarios here.
The first is the mandatory vaccination. Everyone who is vaccinated will have some kind of document, and it will need to be presented upon request.
Second. There is no obligation, but in order to get on a train, subway, plane, go to a restaurant, gym, send a child to school, visit a post office or the department of automotive affairs, you will need to present the same document. His absence will cut you off from participating in many of the activities listed here and many not listed.
Which option is worse, if it comes to this, is up to you. The second one looks more democratic, although it may seem to someone that this is how, instead of a tall prison wall, install an invisible, but let in a high voltage current for everyone who wants to escape.
It is possible that all adherents of conspiracy theories, ranging from the innocent (mandatory vaccination) to the more invasive (such as the ability to control all vaccinated through an electronic chip allegedly launched into our body along with the vaccine), are mistaken - and nothing like this will happen.
The vaccine will appear, and everyone who wants (as it was before) can get vaccinated, no matter what. And those who believe that the vaccine can do more harm than good will not do it - either at all, or for the first five or ten years, looking at the already vaccinated. Are they not growing a second head or are they turning into zombies controlled by a central computer for the purpose of the manufacturer ...
