A native of Dagestan, Hidirnebi Kazuyev, whom accused of preparing a terrorist attack at the concert of Philip Kirkorov in Makhachkala, said that the purpose of the explosion was to kill the singer by order of Maxim Galkin. Kazuyev said that in the 2017 year, during a trip to Moscow, Galkin approached him and offered two million rubles for the murder of Kirkorov. The young man agreed, after which he received one million in advance, as well as a telephone and a SIM card.
