At first, the cause of the death of the actor was considered suicide, but five years later the case was reviewed. As a result, Malyavina was found guilty and sentenced to nine years in prison. The artist herself denied her guilt to the last. After five years in prison, she was released under an amnesty by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
Sergey Shevkunenko
The son of the director of the Second Creative Association of the Mosfilm film studio and the director's assistant Sergei Shevkunenko was a famous child actor. He played Misha Polyakov in "Dirk" and "Bronze Bird" and also starred in the successful film "The Lost Expedition". Filmmakers saw potential in Shevkunenko, but his acting career ended at the age of 16. After the eighth grade, the guy began to lead a riotous lifestyle, did not want to study and received his first term for brutally beating a passerby. He spent a year in a children's correctional labor colony, received his secondary education and began working as an illuminator at Mosfilm.

Shevkunenko was sentenced to four years in prison for burglary in a film studio's buffet, but he was released on parole a year later. Then he organized a group of schoolchildren, with whom he robbed shops and apartments. Also, the ex-artist was checked for involvement in the murder of his mother's friend, Honored Artist of the RSFSR Zoya Fedorova, but it was not possible to prove guilt, and the crime remained unsolved. Of the 35 years of his life, 14,5 he spent in prison for robbery and possession of weapons, drugs and stolen icons.
Thanks to his leadership qualities, Shevkunenko organized the "Mosfilmovskaya OPG", which monitored several points on Mosfilmovskaya Street. In the underworld, he had the nickname Artist (and Chief). In 1995, Shevkunenko and his mother were killed by an assassin's bullets.
Vladimir Dolinsky
Actor Vladimir Dolinsky, who played roles in hundreds of films and TV series, was convicted in 1973 of currency fraud. In those days, the exchange of dollars for rubles was considered a crime, for which the artist spent almost five years in prison. After his release from prison in 1977, Dolinsky never broke the law again. Commenting on the fatal accident involving Mikhail Efremov, he told RIA Novosti that it would be very difficult for the artist in prison.
“One death is enough, don't kill Mishka! <…> He just won't be released from prison, ”Dolinsky said.
He suggested that Efremov would not survive prison due to problems with the liver, kidneys and nervous system.
Yuri Aizenshpis
In the late 1960s, the producer of the "Kino" group and Dima Bilan, Yuri Aizenshpis, began to seriously engage in foreign exchange transactions. As a result, due to the machinations with the sale of gold and speculation on an especially large scale, he was convicted and sent to jail.
“17 years in prison is too heavy a punishment for the mistakes of youth,” Aizenshpis said in an interview.
For the first time, a producer was detained at the entrance of his house on January 7, 1970. After a profitable sale of gold, a huge amount for those times was seized from him - more than 15,5 thousand rubles, $ 7,6 thousand, as well as expensive imported equipment. Aizenshpis was sentenced to ten years in prison for currency fraud. After seven years in prison, he was released on parole, but was soon again convicted of speculation for eight years. Yuri was finally released only in 1987.
Nikolay Godovikov
After filming the film "White Sun of the Desert" Nikolai Godovikov went to serve in the army. Returning home, the performer of the role of the young Red Army soldier Petrukha could not get a job and in 1979 he was imprisoned for parasitism.
Godovikov was under the protection of the authorities behind bars, so the first imprisonment was calm. In March 1980, the actor was sent to Priozersk to a pulp and paper mill, but in July he was again convicted - this time for theft, to four years in prison.
