The tattoo on the girl's body was noticed by the teacher. At first she was seen by the class teacher of the girl, and then by the dance teacher, as the girls put on T-shirts with thin straps on her cheiography classes.
The tattoo looks like a bluish-green Jesus, and the very inscription: “Jesus Loves You” is written on the cross.
As the girl herself explains, the tattoo was made because the girl’s father asked for it. But in the course of the investigation it turned out that the father had not communicated with his daughter for a long time and had not appeared for a long time.
However, later she changed her story, saying that her father did not force her to get a tattoo and that she wanted it herself.
Tattoo master Brenda Gaddy claims that Emma’s consent to the drawing was given by mom Emma and the girl herself was absolutely not against it.
According to the police report, the officer was summoned to Arnko Sargent Elementary in Newnan by a teacher who discovered the tattoo.
“Each of the members had their own story, and that, frankly, came down to twisting us all around the finger,” said Lt. Jason Fetner of the Cowete County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said they were able to confirm that Gaddi tattooed “several minors” at one of the parties.
“Unfortunately, I think the girl herself wanted to get a tattoo on her body. There is nothing to indicate that she was being forced to do so. And the point here is most likely in the improper upbringing of the child, "said Fetner.
