Diagnosis on the face is always interesting, confident physician and nutritionist Tatyana Fialkova. Here's how to make such a diagnosis yourself.
A face examination is a fairly simple auxiliary method for determining a disease or imbalance in a particular organ, writes Tatyana for Browser. There are proven and indicative diagnostic criteria, both in modern medicine and in ancient Tibetan medicine.
Protein eyes. They should be white, evenly colored. Their yellowness clearly indicates a problem with the liver or the biliary system. Saturated yellow proteins are in hepatitis. Yellowish, unevenly colored, with blotches and vascular streaks - a sign of the presence of intoxication of the body for one reason or another (liver or kidney disease, an infectious disease, poisoning). The grayish hue of proteins indicates chronic fatigue and apathy. Bluish - about the depletion of the body's defenses, perhaps about the presence of anemia.
Eyebrows. Thick eyebrows are a healthy sign. Loss and thinning of the eyebrows from the outer third often occurs with AIT, hypothyroidism.
Lips. Dryness and cracked lips on a regular basis (we do not take the case of intoxication during the illness with a temperature) speak of dehydration, overeating with simple carbohydrates, and lack of fat. Lips reflect the state of the stomach and spleen. And these bodies love warm and oily food with spices.
Nose. Reflects the condition of the large intestine. Chronic rhinitis and incomplete breathing are often associated with a sluggish large intestine and a weak cleansing function, with a tendency to constipation. Polyps in the nose are not the primary cause of rhinitis, but a consequence of unresolved chronic problems with the large intestine.
