Teen Loren Blanc received as a gift for her 16 anniversary several notebooks with detailed notes of their joint adventures from her beloved grandfather Ron Petrillo.
When Lauren was 2 of the year, grandfather and granddaughter spent a lot of time together, walking, talking, visiting the zoo, circus and theatrical performances. They had fun, ate ice cream, flew kites and enjoyed themselves. But, being still a baby, Lauren didn’t even suspect that grandfather described the days spent with her in the smallest details. The period from 2 to 5 years is now carefully documented in several notebooks. Today, a teenager Lauren at any time can meet with a small 2-s or 3-year-old Lauren, plunge into the world of her childhood impressions and joys.
At first, a teenager was a little embarrassed by such a gift. But gradually, delving into reading, she realized what an invaluable gift grandfather had presented. This is the only and unique ticket to childhood is given once in a lifetime. Lauren admitted that it was not only she who wept with happiness and emotion. The whole family was read out by touching memories and grandfather’s instructions, enjoying the happy moments from the world of childhood Lauren.
