The man cheated the hotel employee and lured him the keys to someone else's car Ferrari worth 300 000 dollars to impress the woman he just met. Famous attorney James Fayler claims in a statement of claim that he parked his yellow Ferrari near the luxury hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida. 28-year-old Levi Miles later appeared at the counter of the hotel employee and demanded the keys to someone else’s car, having lied that the documents were inside the car.
Police said Miles and 24-year-old Chloe Rimmer sat in the car “for quite a while” before heading out. Miles was eventually stopped for driving without dimensions. The police found cocaine and marijuana on the would-be driver and his lady. It also turned out that he met the girl on the same day, and lied to her that the car belonged to him.
Miles is charged with hijacking a car, storing cocaine and driving with suspended or revoked rights, while Rimmer received charges of storing marijuana. At the same time, lawyer Fowler sued the hotel for negligence.
