Time is inexorable to everyone and the whole beautiful half of humanity is looking for that very magic pill from old age.
“In pursuit of beauty and youth, we buy up tons of cosmetics for big money, go under the knife to plastic surgeons, but nature cannot be deceived,” writes coach, nutritionist, master of sports Ekaterina Romanova for Obozrevatel.
Our youth depends on many factors: on food, lifestyle, sleep, sports, various spa procedures. An important role in the reflection of our age is played by correct posture.
Correct posture is the key to beauty, grace and femininity. But the lowered shoulders, the bent back and the look looking under the legs will not do us any good. This ages a woman no matter what her figure, how many plastic surgeries on her face, what make-up and hairstyle.

When we slouch, the muscles in the back "crawl" up, and the muscles in the front of the body "slide" down. And what we have: drooping eyebrows and excess skin on the upper eyelids, neck muscles “slip”, a second chin and wrinkles appear.
Wrinkles become more noticeable, internal organs are not working properly and aging is faster.
People with poor posture think more slowly.
Stooping takes power. This is due to the fact that we get energy with oxygen. It all depends on how deep and intense we can breathe. And when we stoop, our diaphragm does not work well and does not allow us to breathe fully.
When the body does not have enough oxygen, all organs cease to function properly, age faster and wear out, and as a result old age sets in faster.
