A British woman working as a manicurist suspected a dangerous cancer disease in her client.
She saw a black line on a woman’s nail that could be a sign of cancer, reports Independent.
The incident occurred in Wakefield, East Sussex. Maniara master Jean Skinner wrote about this in Facebook.
Seeing a dark strip on the nail, Skinner advised the client to see a doctor. At the hospital, a woman was confirmed that it was a melanoma. Although she thought that the vertical line appeared due to a lack of calcium in the body, a hereditary or blood bladder.
Skinner reported that she immediately guessed about the illness of the woman, but did not want to frighten her, advising him to consult a doctor immediately. After some time, the woman called the master and reported that she was diagnosed with melanoma, and the aggressive form with lymph node metastases.
Skinner urged people to pay attention to abnormalities on the nail plates. Her message in Facebook widespread, and many responded to the warning in the comments.
