Fat embolism

Scientists from Brazil also found that problems are statistically more frequent when patients weigh too little, when they need additional procedures, and when the operation itself lasts longer than 4 hours. In such cases, experts recommended especially carefully planning the operation and additionally caring for patients during and after it.
