According to Russian opera singer Anna Netrebko, doctors diagnosed her with pneumonia caused by a coronavirus infection. The artist is being treated at the clinic, reports Gordonua.com.
48-year-old Russian opera singer Anna Netrebko announced on September 17 on Instagram that she had contracted the coronavirus.
“I have been in the hospital for five days with covid pneumonia and will soon recover. I was isolated as soon as I felt that I was getting sick, although the tests were negative. I came to the hospital on time, and they are helping me. Everything will be fine!" - she wrote.
The singer also said that her husband Yusif Eyvazov had antibodies to coronavirus.
“Somehow he suffered this disease and is absolutely safe for those around him,” she said. Describing the state of her son Thiyago, Netrebko said that the child is “fine”.
“I want to say that I am much more tired of the intimidation of unfortunate people than of the virus itself. I am glad that now it will end for me, ”the singer summed up.
Later, Anna shared a photo from her birthday, which she had to celebrate in a hospital ward.
