The widow of the musician Igor Talkov lost a lawsuit to the singer Aziza, with whom she demanded a million rubles in moral compensation after the public statements of her opponent, which she considered offensive, writes News.ru.
The scandal erupted after Aziza shared ambiguous memories of Talkov in one of the TV programs dedicated to the memory of the artist.
The case was considered by the Ostankino court of the capital. Tatyana Talkova presented the transcript of the release of the program, in which she was embarrassed by a number of statements. Among them - such as "Talkov - a modern icon!" and "Men wanted me," reports StarHit.
Most of all, the woman was outraged by the story told by Aziza that the singer once allegedly tried to bring her to a certain criminal authority.
“I was a spectacular girl: these short skirts, these slanting eyes, these dances. Therefore, men reacted to me unequivocally - they wanted me. I thought that some famous person wanted to meet me. So what? I didn’t go to a matinee to see him… ”- Aziz said on TV.

According to her, on the way, she nevertheless refused to meet and almost jumped out of the car on the way.

After that, the singer's son Igor Talkov, Jr., who followed in the footsteps of his father and before that was quite loyal to the singer, said that communicating with her had become one of the most ridiculous mistakes in his life. Prior to that, he maintained contact with her, despite her controversial role in the death of her father.
Talkov's widow, in turn, filed a statement of claim in court. Aziza's lawyer, Sergey Zhorin, called him strange.
“In the first edition, for example, they asked to recognize the phrase that“ the men wanted Aziz ”to be unreliable and defamatory, demanded to refute it. And also - to apologize. But, firstly, an apology is not provided for by law, and secondly, what does this expression have to do with Talkov - what difference does it make whether the men wanted Aziza or not? " - said Zhorin.
Later, according to him, the plaintiffs clarified the requirements, but "all the same the claim was not substantiated from a legal point of view." As a result, the court sided with Aziza.
Talkov's murder took place in 1991 during a fight with the participation of Aziza's former civil husband Igor Malakhov. The weapon from which the musician was killed was not found, and the exact composition of the participants in the scuffle is unknown.
After the death of Talkov, Aziza became persona non grata in Russian show business for a long time. She was not invited to concerts, she did not appear on television and radio.

The criminal case into the murder of Igor Talkov was suspended several times. Its main person involved, the commercial director of the artist Valery Shlyafman, six months after the tragedy, left for permanent residence in Israel. He was charged with negligent homicide.
In 2018, the office of the Investigative Committee for St. Petersburg announced the resumption of the investigation into Talkov's murder. Aziza claimed that she was glad of this circumstance, since many still accuse her of involvement in his death.
