That's what you want to say to me, but the American police have a lot of respect here.
Not only that in case of any accidents, the police will arrive within 5 minutes after the call, as well as the relationship between the ordinary citizen and the policeman develop almost from the birth of this same citizen.
Excursions to the police station are constantly arranged for schoolchildren, where the police organize some interesting events. Naturally, all this is done not to scare, but to create a relationship of trust and talk about work.
Or when a public event is arranged, the police car is always available for inspection from the inside, I wonder! And kiddies are allowed to sit and horn.
Or today we had to call in to pick up a police report. The policeman saw Sasha and immediately brought and presented an absolutely new coloring book with stickers, so that the child would not be bored while the adults decide questions (some videos in the stories).
Here a policeman is very honorable, this is not an empty word, this is an excellent salary, a pension and a smart social package Here, a policeman will never be afraid. The policeman is there to help people.
But not everyone can become a police officer! The competition is huge! If you have ever broken some rule at school with entering your personal file, you will never pass the competition; if you have ever been fined, even at the age of 16 and even for speeding, you will never pass the competition!
Why all? Because security, honesty and decency in the relationship between the police and society is paramount.
