17-year-old Oscar Alamillo Solis from Texas gave his 15-year-old girlfriend a password from Snapchat to help him figure out the settings. Logging in to the account, the girl discovered there child porn with Oscar and immediately went to the police.
The 17-year-old pedophile victim turned out just 6 years old, writes Life.ru. The police immediately arrested the teenager, and he confessed that he really had contact with the girl. Why did Oscar keep a record of child sexual abuse in Snapchat and what was going to do with them later, is unknown.
As the investigation was able to find out, the crime was committed as early as December 2016. Oscar's victim remained traumatized by the incident - the girl is so afraid of being left without a mother that she even had to quit her job at school. Now psychologists work with the baby.
Oscar's lawyer Alamillo Solisa asked for a conditional sentence for his client, insisting that only one child was his victim, but this argument did not convince the judge. After the teenager pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and child sexual abuse, the court sentenced him to 40 years in prison.
