American 35 spent years in prison for murder, which did not commit

For the first time in 35 years, 68-year-old Judy Henderson was able to celebrate Christmas with her family and friends. The woman was released from prison, where she was serving a term on false accusation, says The Daily Mail.
In 1982, Judy was convicted of killing jeweler Harry Klein. The trigger pulled her boyfriend, but Judy was the only one who was punished. The boyfriend forced her to take all the blame on herself, and she was convicted of 50 years. Attempts to break free early were unsuccessful.
Gov. Eric Gatehens accepted her request on Wednesday, and Judy was finally released. When she was convicted, the woman already had children, and now she has become a grandmother. Leaving the gates of the prison, through tears, Henderson shouted to her friends who remained behind bars: “It was fun, girls!”.
35 years ago, Henderson and her boyfriend Krusen lured the jeweler out of his house and intended to rob. Judy served as bait. Crusen shot a man three times and killed him. Both were arrested, but the boyfriend gave false testimony and told law enforcement officers that the girl acted alone. He then paid the false witnesses from the institution where Judy was serving a preliminary sentence to testify against her. So she was behind bars.
Supposedly, Krusen left Missouri in the early 90's and lives somewhere in Oklahoma. His lawyer died many years ago. Judy was an exemplary prisoner, did not break the rules, and even mastered several professions during the term, therefore, in the end, her application for early release was granted.
