A woman who turned to famous surgeons at an American television show for help said that for years 11 she constantly tilts her head in a certain way or places her hand in front of people so that people do not see a big hole in her nose where everyone else has two nostrils.
Laura Schild has appeared on the hit E! called "Botched" ("Spoiled" or "Failed Job"), writes Fox News... According to her, it all started with a dog bite - once she tried to kiss her dog, and he sharply raised his head, broke the mistress's nose and tore the area between her two nostrils, known as columella.
She turned to a plastic surgeon for corrective surgery. As a result, everything turned out as it looks now - instead of her two nostrils, a huge ugly hole formed.
“I go to the operation, then I wake up and I can't believe what I saw,” says Laura in the preview. “I had continuous stitches all the way to my lip, and in the middle was apparently a piece of bone - it was just a hard surface covered with a crust of blood.”
Over the course of several days, the surgical site changed color - this was a clear sign of infection. According to the woman, the doctor (she does not name her name) said that the restored structure of the nose could fall apart. And so it happened.
“After two or three days, the bone came out of the middle of my nose, and there was nothing left,” she said. "No middle, no bottom, nothing."
Schild said that the hole goes right into her throat, and that she constantly faces awkward looks to the public. The woman admitted that she was seeking help from the doctor partly because of her son, whom she would not like to “embarrass for any reason.”
“I hate my face,” she added.
