I tried so many products for the first time in the USA and I want to talk about those without which I can’t now.
Sweet potato
Sweet potato is a sweet potato that is much healthier than regular potato. They make chips, mashed potatoes from it, bake it, make fries, desserts. The taste is something between ordinary potatoes and carrots, only sweeter. It is orange in color, about like a pumpkin, sometimes it is also purple.

A dish of Hawaiian cuisine made from raw fish marinated in a special spicy sauce. Usually it is tuna or salmon. Maybe only fish, but sometimes add avocado, rice, herbs. Very tasty. In our restaurants, of course, this dish is also present, but in the USA the fish is still more fresh and tender, plus it’s not so expensive.
